Please Read delivery instructions prior to bidding or purchase.

Dispatch Time

Realistic Reno’s will endeavor to have most items dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.

Delivery Time

Please allow up to 10 working days for our delivery partners to deliver your items once they have been dispatched.

Delivery Details

Please provide a full street address for delivery. P.O.Boxes will not be accepted for larger items that require pallets.

Please provide all numbers that you may be contacted on.

Insurance

For your peace of mind, all products are covered with full transit insurance.

Costs

In an effort to keep transport costs to a minimum, most of our transport costs are subsidised.

Delivery Times

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an exact time and date that your goods will be delivered. We use third party couriers to delivery your items, and have no control over their delivery schedules.

Delivery Instuctions

Special requests, such as phoning ahead and delivery instructions are left with our couriers. They always endeavor to do so, however, there are occasions when they will not be able to do so. Upon dispatch of your order, we will email you with your consignment details. If you then need to make special delivery requests, it is better for you do to so direct with the courier company.
Our couriers will not usually leave items unattended at premises, unless prior written approval is given. Please ensure that there is someone present at time of delivery to accept the goods. In the event that items are delivered, and there is no one present, a card will be left advising your goods are at the depot awaiting collection. A second delivery may be organised, but this may incur extra fees.

Unloading Goods

To keep transport costs to a minimum, your quoted rate provides that there will be someone present to assist the driver with unloading the goods. If this is not the case, and you require a tail gate lift or a two person lift. Please advise us prior to delivery as the delivery rate will change.
